Gear S2 watch is shutting down stating that it is cooling and shuts itself down and goes into airplane mode ?? Help!
Here is info of my watch:
Looks like you might have a T-Mobile version of the watch. I had one like that couple of years ago.
1) What is your phone's name/model?
2) Checked for software update for your watch?
Don't know if you backup settings in Galaxy wearable app(or which app you might be using), if you didn't, then do backup
3) Have you tried resetting the watch to factory settings?
4) Then setting the watch again, but without restoring it, to identify the root cause
