I just got the watch for Christmas 2023. I swapped the band out for another one and after I put the original band back in it could not get it off. The little metal pin was missing the "arm" that sticks out so you can move it up and down. After forcing it to come off and damaging the rubber, the "arm" is no longer there. It must have broken off. Anyone else had this issue? Were you able to get a warranty replacement?
