I have a galaxy watch 3 paired to a galaxy s10+. For the last 2-3 weeks, when my watch leaves Bluetooth range, it turns numbersync off. When I turn it back on, it says connected, but messages or calls to my phone still don't alert or show up on my watch. I have reset the watch several times with no luck.

I went into AT&T today for support and they said it's a Samsung issue that's hundreds are having and they cannot do anything about it.

It's a simple issue. Go to your connections settings in the watch and turn on your Bluetooth. I have the same watch, same issue. The Bluetooth turns off on the watch itself.

I'm still not sure what triggers it

Yeah numbersync automatically turns off. That's not a Samsung problem, that's an AT&T problem. Don't let them fool you.

If I were you, I'd check and see if the Bluetooth turning off affects numbersync. If so, then boom. It IS a Samsung issue.
