The watch is less than 2 years old. Firstly the "raise to wake" doesn't work. The heart rate monitor picks up a heart rate but says, "try again". The floor monitor also doesn't work. The GPS is extremely inaccurate for route tracking. I've tried rebooting in recovery mode. I've tried a factory reset, nothing has worked. Any ideas before I try and get a refund/replacement from Samsung?
Same problem. Watch 18mth old. Always looked after. Still has original screen protector.
No HR monitoring or floors detected. Not dropped and only day to day wear & tear.
