Galaxy WatchMy 4 has disconnected from my galaxy 21s ultra. The touch screen on the watch will not respond. I get a message to connect. I can't pair, the wearable app does not look the same. No options, just products. No ability to access and reboot. I have a full charge on the watch have rebooted both watch and phone. No ability to swipe or tap on screen to make choices such as reset. I have cleared cache on app. Still nothing. I am at a loss.

Galaxy WatchIf you can reboot the watch via pressing and holding the power and back buttons simultaneously, you should be able to get into recovery mode to do a factory reset. No touch screen interaction necessary. These instructions are for clearing the cache, but instead of choosing "clear cache", choose "factory reset".
What do you mean the Wear app does not look the same? Only products? Can you screenshot?

Galaxy WatchWell, there you go then. For future reference, a watch can only be paired to one phone at a time, which is why you have to go through the specific process of using the "connect watch to new" phone procedure. You can, however, connect multiple watches to one phone.
I love how you state "somehow paired the watch to his phone". Pairing a watch is a conscious, deliberate act. It does not happen by accident. Even if one did not download the Wear app and go through the pairing process, one would have had to open their BT settings and pair the watch to their own phone. It wouldn't work to control the watch features but it would be enough to interfere. And since the watch can only be paired to one phone at a time, it would have disabled the settings functions from your Wear app. Let's be charitable and assume he was just experimenting.
