Just installed the Galaxy wearable diagnostics on my Galaxy watch 4 went through all the testing everything looks good except when I did the notifications test, it sent the notification but I didn't get it however I get all my regular notifications when people text me is that a glitch in the diagnostics or is something wrong. Any feedback from other using it?
Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not receiving the test notification and would be happy to look into this further for you. After testing on our device, after the notification was sent, it asks if it was received successfully. Do you receive that notification after the test notification is sent?
Please note: You have to be wearing the watch in order for the notification to work. Also please make sure you are looking at the watch as you are testing the notification as the prompts on the watch go by quickly.
The watch is supposed to send a notification and then it asked me if I received it I'm wearing the watch looking at the screen continuously The wash does not give me an audible visible or vibration notification at all after a few seconds it says did you receive it I say no and then it goes through a whole trap trace of problems I have a LTE model and I have a Bluetooth model and both do the exact same thing
