Numbersync not working after update to Droid app, and watch, April 2021

My Samsung watch will NO longer Connects to numbersync on AT&T network after doing an update of the app on my Droid and then minutes later doing a 279mb update to my watch, after that I can not connect using numbersync...

I have been in contact with AT&T for about a week now, I have reset the watch, reinstalled the app on my phone, deleted all mobile networks and the supervisor gave me a new QR code and I still can NOT connect...

Errors are "mobile network not available" or "numbersync is currently not available" 

If anyone know what is happening, please help me!
