Numbersync

Bough a new active2 yesterday and spent 1.5 hours with AT&T trying to get it to sync. Nothing. Exchanged the watch today, spent 2.5 hours with AT&T, tech and instore, for everything on AT&T side to work. They say to reach out to Samsung. Samsung took 5 minutes to tell me it's an AT&T issue. So after 5 hours of AT&T working hard for me, Samsung passed the buck. Buyer beware. After reading all the comments, I'm gonna just say it's a Samsung issue.

At&t and Samsung have been passing me back and forth for a year now. Gear3 and active2 won't work on the at&t network....seems they should have been able to fix this by now...
