I purchased a Samsung galaxy active watch about 14 months ago and it now has the common overheating message appearing. I have tried the suggested resolutions numerous times with no success watch was manufactured 2019-11-12. How do I get this resolved ? Really disappointed, my first smart watch and it has last a little over a year.

If the watch is still showing the overheating message, then it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician.
