I placed an order for a Samsung watch 3 (order id: US367129344) along with bands on a promotional offer on March 1, 2021. Watch arrived well in time but the promotional bands were delayed. Some of them were delivered later, while for the remaining ones I keep getting the email notification that they have been delayed further. I stopped receiving those emails and the bands never arrived, Wondering as to what happened I checked on Samsung account to find out to my surprise that they have been cancelled. Chatted with customer care, but was told that it was cancelled because item is out of stock and there were no adjustment made because the bands were free with the watch. Seriously??? Can I do reverse of it, return the watch and keep the bands because they were anyways free?
