Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to use other e-mail domains on your Galaxy watch 5. Keeping your emails organized can be a challenge, especially if you receive tons every day. With your watch linked to the Samsung Email app on your phone, you can reply to, delete, or access emails anytime, even when you're away from your phone or computer. You can also edit your email account, so you can have the neatest inbox ever.
Note: Available screens and settings may vary by provider, phone, or watch. The email feature is not available on watches connected to iOS devices. You can only get notifications for emails you receive on certain watches, like the Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Watch4 series, and Galaxy Watch5 series. Give this link a try for more steps to set up your e-mail through the Outlook app on your Galaxy watch 5: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00061441/
If you have tried these troubleshooting step and are still experiencing these symptoms, can you please provide us with what e-mail domain you are experiencing these symptoms with in a private message: https://bit.ly/3fbRevo
