My Samsung Galaxy Active 2 LTE watch (SM-R835U) is once again overheating... I've been traveling in NorCal and Oregon so with all the wildfires, outdoor temperatures are averaging 102 Fahrenheit... After the last update (R835USQU1ATH1), the watch settled down for about a week but the issue has returned. I've reset the watch several times and re-synced to my Galaxy S10e phone... At least this time the charge level on the battery stayed where it was prior to giving the dreaded overheating screen and shuts down. Before it would drop by at least 50%... Because it was a Christmas gift from last year, I wasn't given any of the paperwork from AT&T for the warranty 😡...

I would be happy to set up a repair service for you. Please send a private message with the IMEI number of the watch. http://bit.ly/2XERsky

I am very sorry to hear this. I recommend sending it back in for additional service. Please send a private message with the model code and the serial number or IMEI number. http://bit.ly/2XERsky
