Galaxy WatchI have also noticed it will not track my oxygen levels while sleeping. I notice there is also a place to "register" the device, but it does not seem to be working or have an effect on the software. I noted that when I logged into the app the first time after the update many items didn't work until I was finally prompted to acknowledge some new privacy statements and disclaimers. So, I suspect when they did this, they somehow forgot to turn all the features back on once you had agreed their statements. Hopefully they are quickly working on this and addressing the problems. I note that they are still using the One UI 6 so don't know if all of the Bluetooth problems have been addressed. Their Bluetooth stack in the One UI 7.0 is much improved but is still problematic

Galaxy WatchWhat update to the watch are you referring to? I have a watch 7 and the last update I got was to OneUI6.0/WearOS 5.0, and I got it long before April. That is the current UI/OS for the watch. Are you perhaps conflating an update on your phone to OneUI7 to being an update to the watch? To my knowledge, OneUI7.0 for the watch is only in beta now, so are you beta testing it? If you are, I believe there are specific procedures for reporting bugs.

Galaxy WatchWhat update did you get? Was it a security update, a system update, what? Do you not look to see what you are installing or what was installed? Can you provide a screen shot of your "about watch" software information? It's best to do this from within the Wear App.
Also, it's best to clear the watch cache after an update.

Galaxy WatchHi, the update was released in April for the Galaxy Watch 7 in Europe and was identified via version ending with AYCD.
It is a large update and all went well, but like all other users, I noticed that post update , the Blood Oxygen reader was no longer working properly. It reads up to 99% then gets stuck, and the sensor stays on as if it is waiting for a command to complete the reading. The only way to get out is to stop the reading. My last successful reading was on 14/04/2025 night before the update. Resetting the watch to factory settings does not help. Any ideas?
