I am unable to use my active watch 2 due to phantom touches and I've tried all the suggestions I have found to try and fix it and none of them have worked. Please help!
Just started having the same issue. Tried all the suggestions in another post as well.
When I first got the watch it was a back button issue, not it appears this is a new issue. Thankfully my first repair was under warranty, but unfortunately this one is now just out of warranty.
Disappointing because it's a great watch otherwise.
