It's so sad I don't know what happened to it it was working fine when the latest software was downloaded it had a lot of problems if I could go back in time I wouldn't be able to buy the watch and Buds pro too

Sometimes or most times with Samsung, you take a risk installing updates because they make things worse instead of fixing them.
