I posted on here back in January about my watch burning my arm. I was contacted by Samsung to send my watch in for service and they sent me a box label etc. I did so and I was contacted by support via email a couple of times and I have called repeatedly for nearly 5 months I cannot get anyone to call me back and I have not received a new watch, the old watch and no feedback no matter how many times I call. They support person always escalates my call and I hear nothing. At one point they told me my case was closed back in February but it wasn't. I was contacted in March. Can anyone please tell me how to get help. I am out hundreds of dollars, out of a watch that burned my arm and the warranty is ticking down. Now I can't even use my defective Samsung S3
