Why do you continue to make useful features more difficult to access? 🤨🙄
Was it you or Google that had the idea to require the watch face to be locked with a pattern or PIN when Samsung Pay is enabled? Why could you not have kept things the same like the previous watches? It was so much simpler to be able to hold the back button to prompt Samsung Pay and THEN enter a PIN, like at an ATM. It makes it pointless now to even allow Samsung Pay to be enabled by a gesture when you have to bypass the Watch's unnecessary lock screen just to use it. 🙄
Can you please go back to making features more easily accessible and stop burying them in menus or completely removing them? 🙏🏻 Are you guys se ding surveys to customers asking how much they use the features you've removed? Because I have seen a single one. 🤨
