Hi this is a request for a very concerned young POC woman. When you remove the word woman makes it feel like you are prioritizing the Eurocentric definitions/comfortably and excluding people like myself not from the west... Please do not do keep this as a permanent change... it is not inclusive if anything it is very EXCLUSIVE as it makes people like my self who are not from this culture feel extremely excluded.
