Plzzz help my ecg feature is gone on my international Galaxy watch 4

Is there a reason why I dont have an ecg or blood pressure because I have the uk/ca version which should have both

Are you in the usa? If so, the FDA has not approved it yet therefore Samsung cannot turn it on in the usa.

The heart rate monitor has been approved, that's why you can access it.
