Is there a reason for poor customer service by Samsung. Talked on the phone regarding a Samsung software update that caused my watch to go into the Reboot Loop and that the watch then failed to power on; this took about a half hour just to decide I probably need to have it repaired. Rep created ticket (took an hour just to get to that point), provided information to the the Samsung efax (which info was texted to me) provided. I have now been on hold for the last 30 minutes (while writing this), and no one has answered.
This watch is just over 1 year old, ugh!
