just bought a new samsung active watch and realised it does not record floors at home. I bought Samsung to replace Fitbit charge3 which constantly miscalculated steps and floors and now the same problem with my new watch. I read older posts and tried to clear cache as advices by Samsung but no luck. Other solutions? For now floors functionality is a waste of time. Can you upgrade the system so that the angle is more precise and measures floors climbed as promised? I live in a 2 floor house and only 1 floor recorded during the day - watch is too expensive not to have all functionalities as promised and I do not want to return it. Thank you
