Providing an update to the Warranty Inquiry for a product

Hi Team,

I bought a Samsung - Galaxy Watch Active Smartwatch 40mm Aluminum - Green through Best Buy  online and placed the order on April 15, 2020 and received on April 21st, 2020. I paid for additional warranty for 2 years through bestbuy and did not register the project in Samsung site. when i tried to register the product during November 2020, i noticed the initial warranty of 1 year seems to be expired on 31st December 2020 (Uploaded the Online purchase orders screen shot in Best buy). After registering the product, Samsung support team tried to inquire the warranty information and reverted back stating they were not able find the proof of purchase. May be in the earlier screen shot i missed to provide the payment method and they have provided a Ticket number. Please let me how do i reupload the new bill details.
