Questions about the Shipping of my watch

I ordered my Watch on Thursday, December 3rd and I received an email stating it had been shipped, but the status has not changed since Monday- which indicated it had shipped. I have contacted Samsung multiple time and FedEx as well- is there an issue??

I did that last night and the day before. Told me to call FedEx. FedEx told me to call Samsung.

I work in a third party order fulfillment company (not for Samsung). Once the order is processed and "shipped" that just means the shipping label has been printed. It could be that the FED-EX truck hasn't picked up the trailer or packages.
