I have a galaxy watch and a note 9.
The remote connection via LTE or WiFi has been inconsistent as of late.
Any my ideas as to why? Samsung please fix. Please don’t tell me to reset the watch or the phone. Because I have already done that. Plus that is not a real good solution.

Currently remote connection is not working anymore for me. Also backup is not working, can't even see my old backups. Getting message 'can't reach samsung cloud' from wearable app. And when trying to activate reactivation lock I also get an error message. All used to work perfectly, and suddenly stopped working a day or 2 ago. Seems like samsung cloud issues to me. Unfortunately samsung support is not hearing me here in europe, 2 days of chatting with 1st line support and no solution yet. 3x factory resets of watch, creating brand new Samsung account, pairing to another phone, nothing....getting desperate. Seems they're not listening to what I try to explain..Unfortunately I live in Europe region, so I suppose different servers here. Maybe somebody listening here?
