Galaxy WatchYou can clear the cache partition on the watch. You can do a simple reboot - many times that clears up whatever is causing the watch to freeze. Like the phones, proper maintenance requires periodic reboots of the device to optimize. If rebooting and/or clearing the cache does not work, you may want to consider a factory reset. I understand no one really wants to do this, I certainly don't, but sometimes it just has to be done.
Did you download apps to the watch and did you come close to using up the storage space while doing so? That could also cause freezes and slowdowns. Overheating will cause the watch to stall while the watch protects itself (you'll usually get a brief message when that happens, though). You don't have to feel heat for their to be an overheat condition.
