S3 Classic stuck on notification screen

I just recieved my first S3 Classic. Was supposedly tested and updated to most recent firmware. I go through pairing successfully and step through the quick guided tutorial for turning right and left...then it gets stuck on "Press back key to go back". Shows the arrow but nothing I have done, pressed, or any other combination does anything. Ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Try these troubleshooting steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003250/ If the back button will still not respond, then service would be recommended. For service information or to set up a service repair, you will need to contact customer support by calling  1-800-786-7864. I apologize for any inconvenience!
