Hi, Ive had this watch for over a year and all of a sudden the touch screen stopped working. I restarted and factory resetted the watch and it still doesn't work. I don't know what else to do. Please help.
If the symptoms still exist after a factory reset, I would recommend service to have your device evaluated. Could you send me your model code and serial number via private message?
