SAMSUNG active watch 2 battery not charging past 80%

Just purchased my Samsung galaxy watch active 2 golf edition, and love it. However, I have an issue with the battery. I have rebooted and reset the watch 3 times now after having it for 48 hours. Initially it would not charge after 80% and now my watch does charge past 80%  however, it takes 3.2 hours. Is there a reason why the battery does not charge from empty to 100% in 2 hours as discussed in the other forums?  I have used the charging cable, samsung dual charging docking station, Samsung note 10 adapter and even my dual charger adapter. And still getting the same results

ide take a guess and say there are some bad cells in the battery. Best to just get a replacement or at least have the battery replaced.
