Why can I not get a the watch to tag a reading under 90%?   Mine is often under  90%, but the watch assumes I have made an error recording!  Also I find it difficult to get a reading, during the day but it appeaes to work when I sleep!

Make sure you take your watch off and clean the sensors on the bottom. Next, make sure the watch is snug on your wrist and an inch or so up your arm, away from your hand.

I would also recommend that you shave some wrist hair where the sensors have to read. The hair can absorb some of the light, both visible and IR wave lengths, and light can also diffract around your arm/wrist hair, further impeding the effectiveness of the sensors. I have a lot of arm hair, and I shaved it off the area that the watch covers. I saw significant improvement with my SPO2 readings. This might help you.
