Galaxy WatchHey all! I know this recent purchase must have been exciting, and it will be my pleasure to help keep it that way. There are a couple of things we can try for the battery and the disconnecting.
Galaxy Ring Disconnecting
Enable Bluetooth and check the battery level.
Place the Galaxy Ring in the charging case and then press and hold the case’s Multipurpose button for three seconds to enable Bluetooth pairing. If the ring does not pair to your phone, allow the ring to fully charge in the charging case before trying to connect it to your phone.
Check for obstacles.
Make sure there are no obstacles, such as walls or electrical equipment, between the ring and your phone.
Update the Galaxy Wearable app.
Make sure the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone is updated to the latest version. Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app, then tap Ring software update. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app’s software if necessary.
Check the Bluetooth range.
Additionally, make sure the ring and your phone are within the Bluetooth connection range of 98 feet. The distance may vary depending on the environment.
Restart your phone and open Galaxy Wearable again.
Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen, then tap the Power icon, and then tap Restart. Tap Restart again and allow your phone to restart.
Then, open the Galaxy Wearable app. While the ring is in the charging case, press and hold the case’s Multipurpose button for three seconds to initiate Bluetooth pairing. Then, connect the Galaxy Ring to your phone.
Battery Draining
Note
You must use the charging case that came with your Galaxy Ring.
Make sure the charger is plugged into a working outlet and connected to the charging case.
Make sure the charging contacts on the ring and the charging case are aligned.
If the charging contacts are dirty, the battery may not charge properly. Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth to remove debris, and then try charging the ring again.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

I am writing to report the same battery issue with my Samsung Ring, size 11
The ring will no longer hold a charge for a full day, and it frequently dies overnight. Last week, I performed a reset which provided a temporary, minor improvement, but the battery performance quickly degraded back to its current state. It appears Im just past the 12 month warranty period.

Galaxy WatchSame with my ring. I sent it into Samsung. They didn't tell me what the issue was and wanted to charge me $99 plus tax to repair because it is out of the 1 year warrenty. I declined the repair. They sent me back the Ring and the issue (of course) still persists. Can't help but feel scammed on this product.

Galaxy WatchMy ring doesn't last me more than a couple of days at best. I charge in the evening to 100%, use it overnight, the next afternoon, I am at ~30%. This ring is less than a year old and when I got it, it lasted more than a week before I needed to recharge it, then it started to lose it's capacity (which is normal).
Plus, the "sleep" function is horrible. It consistently gives me inaccurate readings. Samsung says "make sure it's oriented properly"... well, when I go to bed it is. The ring is tight but not overly tight.
I am now looking at OURA and doing some homework by reading the forums and feedback. The Galaxy Ring was a "new"product", so there was no history, just Samsung's reputation. As the saying goes: "Hindsight is 20:20 vision", and this "Ring" dissapointed me.
