I don't know why it keeps saying that, I already contacted Verizon but they couldn't help me there so lost, I already rest my watch the first time I worked but from nowhere it said rest factory needed which I didn't know why couldn't detect my phone I have a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22S

Galaxy WatchWhile online with Verizon did you get a QR code? Mine took a couple of tries with the rep still on the phone for the Verizon computer to update with my info so that my Watch could be activated.

Galaxy WatchThis statement confusing. Are you trying to say that your LTE watch is on Bluetooth cuz you don't have a plan and every time that you try to enter the plan on the watch it tells you to go to the carrier?
I think that you said your carrier was Verizon and Verizon requires that you deal with a customer rep to activate your watch.
