Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2

I have been wearing my new watch for about 10 days and have been very pleased with the way it is working.  I have noticed increasing pain in the arm where I am wearing it .  Yesterday I wondered if it could be coming from the watch and removed it.  Pain left in about 16 hours and returned when I started wearing it again today.  Could there be a problem with the watch or battery?
