The last 4 days, the sleep portion of Samsung Health is recording poor sleep with large chunks showing being awake. I've checked for updates. I've turned on power saving and turned it back off. I've restarted watch. How can I fix this?

Can you post a screenshot of one of the graphs?  Is it showing large chunks of orange or big gaps in the graph?  Big gaps in the graph would indicate that the sensors lost contact with your skin.  Large orange blocks could indicate a period of restlessness or perhaps you were having a nightmare where your vitals increased to a level where the watch thought  you were awake.  It's not a perfect science, the watch uses sensor data and data from sleep studies that indicate a range where vitals would be in various stages of sleep.  It would be impossible to be more accurate without having a connected EEG cap on to measure your actual sleep activity.

I think i may have figured this out. Some meds that i just started could be causing it. So, I'll continue to monitor. Thank you for the response

I have the same issues. Samsung use to have a good track record with sleep, not now. Says I'm awake most of night. Don't tell me about fit. I'm on my 3rd watch so I know a thing or several. Sensor diagnostics say fine, but software doesn't follow course.
