So the galaxy health app on my watch 4 classic is not working. It crashes after a few seconds, watch faces dont update heart rate, steps, or sleep. The app does still sync with the mobile companion.
Same here. I just bought the watch 4 classic this weekend and the Samsung Health app has not worked at all. Pretty disappointed that a brand new device's main features don't work out of the box. 🤷🏻:male_sign:
Hoping a fix comes soon, otherwise this watch is going back to the store.
I thought I was having problems with my brand new Watch4, just to find out it's a universal problem. A little disappointed that I already disconnected my old watch from the Wearables app. Your move, Samsung. Make it a good one.

I downloaded the latest version of the Samsung Health app earlier this week and the latest Galaxy Watch update onto my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and since then the Health app will not stay on. It will run for a couple seconds to a minute at most and then it crashes so I have have to run the app on my S21 Ultra when I go on walks.
I am having the EXACT same problem. I literally just bought this watch. Upgraded from a Fitbit, and I am really impressed with this. I should have known better than to update the watch. As soon as I updated it, now None of the health stats are working, its just constantly crashing. Its the entire reason I even bought this watch. I have no idea if its even possible to downgrade the update. I was planning on using this watch for my run later today, but now I am just going to put back on the fit bit. Will be sending back in the next few days if Samsung doesn't fix this.
I have the same issue with Galaxy watch 4 LTE (SM-R875F). I tried restarting both smartphone (SM-G960F) and watch. I bought this watch yesterday and everything was fine untill I updated OS. After the update Samsung health widgets and app itself keeps crashing after ~20-30 seconds of usage. Unfortunately I haven't found any easy way to downgrade, the only option is to use Odin or some other side software. @userf6y49KlI8n, @Support, @itsupport or whoever is responsible for OS updates - Either revert your code from latest OS production release, either fix the issue since half of the functionality is unusable because of this bug.
I've been having the same frustrating issue for the past week or so. Galaxy Watch4 Classic LTE and S21 Ultra. My workouts will randomly stop anywhere from 15 seconds to a few minutes into a run or walk outside.
