So the galaxy health app on my watch 4 classic is not working. It crashes after a few seconds, watch faces dont update heart rate, steps, or sleep. The app does still sync with the mobile companion.
I have the exact same problem. Bought the watch a few days ago, everything worked fine until I installed the OS update on the watch yesterday afternoon. Since then I can't open the Samsung health app on the watch, and it doesn't measure steps, sleep etc. It is shocking to see this has been an issue for at least 2 weeks *based on the comments here( and Samsung haven't fixed it yet.
Probably devoting all of their time to stop people hacking the Health Monitor app in order to use all of the features the watch has, such as the blood pressure monitor and ECG. Very greedy Samsung!!
Got an S22 Ultra last week, got a Watch 4 Classic 46mm today - health app on the watch crashes after a few seconds and steps etc is never updated 😞 Come on, Samsung!
