I have a Galaxy Watch 6 which syncs with Samsung Health on my phone, tracking my activity.  However, the calories and active minutes from my activity (in particular my cycling) are very frequently deleted from the total after the event, at random times, often long after.  This is even though the activity is still recorded.  Specifically, my morning commute by bicycle frequently vanishes from the "Daily activity" total of minutes and calories, even though the workouts are still there.  For example, this evening I see that my morning commutes from wednesday, thursday and friday last week, and from monday and tuesday this week are gone.  A couple of days ago it was commutes from the previous week that were gone, but these have now reappeared.  As a side effect, I am told that my "Active February" badge is out of reach, when in fact I have reached my activity targets on all but one day of this month.

Is there any way of fixing this, and of making sure the recorded activity is actually recorded, and/or to reinstate it when it has gone from the summary?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the activity calories and active minutes randomly disappearing. In order to better assist you and clarify some information, did this start after a recent update?

If there hasn't been and update recently, I would first recommend making sure both the watch, Galaxy Wearables app and Samsung Health are all up to date on software.

If all the software is up-to-date, I would recommend resetting your Galaxy Watch 6 and testing a few days without restoring from a back-up. Please use this link for the proper steps to reset your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003368/

If you have tried all the troubleshooting listed and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend two additional steps.

Step 1 would be to reach out to our Samsung Health team to verify this isn't a known issue from their end. You can reach out to them directly using the contact information in the link: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Care-Tips/Samsung-Support-Acknowledgement/ba-p/2300671

Step 2 would be submitting an error report. This will our team of engineers to get a direct look at the logs for you watch and phone. When submitting the error report it will automatically collect your logs. Please use this link for the proper steps to submit an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Care-Tips/How-To-Submitting-Error-Report-Feedback/ba-p/3...
