Galaxy WatchI finally received the update on my galaxy watch 2 which includes the the samsung health monitor app. My watch is recognized and it prompts me to complete a profile. However, once profile is completed and i click continue it will not allow me to move foward. The blue circle will spin and then it stops and it will stay on profile page. Any help with this?

Galaxy Watchthank you all for your assistance. I was able to move forward after moving to a better Wi-fi signal. Once I did that it connected and I was able to use the feature.

Galaxy Watchhello @Swtlatina19
did you also download the Samsung Health Monitor app on your phone? the watch and phone have to both have the app installed for it to work correctly as the ECG information is then saved onto your phone to give you history reports.

Galaxy WatchHi,
Both apps are installed on the phone and watch. i have a Note 10+ . I was able to see the widget once i updated the watch to new version. i opened the app from the widget and downloaded into the phone. Once downloaded i opened the app accepted everything, then it took me to profile. My watch was recognized and i had to enter my name, birthday, gender etc... once that its done i click continue and the blue circle at the bottom of the screen appears then it stops and it remains on the profile page. What am i missing?

Galaxy WatchHello,
Try backing up the watch to a Samsung cloud and perform a reset to see if that helps any. Just a heads up, by doing this will delete any previous devices that have been paired to the watch.
