Why doesn't the green timer ring on Galaxy Watch4 with Samsung Health exercise comes on when you have the heart monitor screen on BUT only once in a blue moon?
It always comes on in exercise mode but once in a great while when you slide up to the heart rate screen. I don't have the pic showing the green timer on the heart screen.
