Galaxy WatchOn Saturday 6/21/25 My galaxy watch (SM-R805U) stopped working properly. Approximately, every minute it would open Samsung Pay, and attempt to set it up. Samsung Pay is an app I've never used, have no intention of ever using, and wasn't even aware was on my watch. After draining my battery for 2 days in a row, and not being able to "Force Stop" this action in the wear app. I decided to "reset" my watch using the wear app. With the successful reset, the watch forces me to do the "take a look around" tutorial. Now for the last 36 hours I can't exit the tutorial as the back button will not end the process as it should. I can "restart" the watch by pressing both the back and on / off buttons at the same time, but that just starts the "take a look around" process again. Help please. This watch has worked perfectly since it was given to me several years ago. This problem literally happened out of the blue, and I need my watch I use it all day long.

Galaxy Watch@CDRhodovi It sounds like the back button isn't working properly. Holding the back button is how you launch Samsung Pay. And the back button won't let you exit the tutorial.
It sounds like something is wrong with the back button.
For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.
Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
