Galaxy WatchHi, I have a GW3 with S9+ phone and have been able to use the Galaxy Store to purchase watch faces at $0 cost with generous coupons. However, in the last week or so, the coupon feature does not work. I can collect coupons but when I try to apply them, the checkout freezes and does not complete. Purchasing with a payment works fine.
Anybody else have is problem and any way to fix it or has Samsung decided I had enough free watch faces.

Galaxy WatchUpdate... this has not been solved for me and I'm having a hard time communicating with the correct team at Samsung. Called the 855 number twice and after speaking to the same gentleman twice, was instructed to submit the problem using https://help.content.samsung.com
Oddly, there's some sort of web bug on this site where I am unable to submit my problem.
Perhaps somebody at Samsung can address our issue in this forum.

Galaxy WatchHi again, just an update to say I was able to submit this as an issue to
https://help.content.samsung.com
Using the Samsung Internet browser app on my phone. One of the required fields of the form was visible on the samsung browser but not on Chrome or Edge browsers. Odd.
I will update this thread if I get a response.

Galaxy WatchHello, here's another update, possibly the last as the coupon feature is now working again for me. I confirmed by obtaining a watch face using a coupon that did not work 3 days ago. I can only assume Samsung fixed whatever bug on their end - I made no changes on my end.

Galaxy WatchRecently there has been an upgrade to the Galaxy Store application. This upgrade introduced an issue whereby in order to use a coupon to download a watchface, you have to list a payment method (e.g. Visa, Paypal) in the "Select payment method" field on the Samsung Checkout screen for the watchface. Once you enter a payment method, add the coupon and the checkout page is now showing a total value of "$0.00", the system will now allow you to click the "Pay now" button and checkout. Bottom line, you must have a payment option showing in the "Selet payment method" field with this recent update of the Galaxy Store application.
