Samsung Ultra is a piece of garbage!

After only a couple months of use, the watch died! I used it in the pool swimming laps. It has a pool swim exercise program on it for Gods sake?Sent it to Samsung and after well over a month, they said it had liquid damage and did not repair it! Its under warranty until December 2026 but damage is not covered they told me. So am I supposed to just throw my $400 purchase in the trash???  Samsung care doesn't care apparently. Very very unhappy 🙁

They just put that setting on in there to try to sell more units and to attempt to pretend they are like that other company that has diving features in their watches. Samsung customer service is non existent. You're better off not using it in water though. However, they do look for any reason not help you way before they look for a reason to help you! I had issues with my buds 4 pro. 2.5 hours. No resolution. I attached the call time but not the number even though it's public they'll probably block my post anyway for having an opinion
