Maybe it's just me but I'm not seeing clearly whether or not Samsung Wallet can be used on the Watch 5 Pro. I see & understand that the Samsung Wallet has replaced Samsung Pay on the phones but I'm not seeing anything saying that Samsung Wallet works on the W5Pro. I'm only seeing Samsung Pay working on W5Pro; am I seeing this correctly? And if I'm correct, I add cards to the watch via the phone but how can I do that if Samsung Pay has been replaced on the phone? Can someone provide some clarity for me like I'm a 5 year old? Thx in advance

Samsung Pay is still on the watches. Samsung Wallet is for the phones. When you set up Samsung Pay on the watch, you will be required to install a plugin on your phone. You will have absolutely no problem adding cards. š

Once you open Samsung pay on the watch, it will tell you to look at your phone to finish. I can't explain how they sync in the background but they do and it works perfectly.

Thanks for replies but....is it a known issue that you can't have a card active with both apps? My Wells Fargo card that is active in Wallet was denied in Pay. Before the conversion to Wallet, my Wells Fargo cards, AMEX and others worked on both devices. The ones that I have in Wallet will not import into Pay. Perhaps the banks are blocking it in the name of fraud.
