If I do a treadmill exercise, the watch has an option to calibrate the distance. For some reason, the watch only offers a specific set of distance inputs. In this real example (pictured), I walk 0.88 miles which the watch calibrates to 0.19 initially. I want to adjust this but it has .09-.30 as a range of options to calibrate. This makes no sense to me. The treadmill has a very clear tracking of the distance. I should be able to put in the correct 0.88. I'm not sure why some defined range was created versus just manual input.

Is this just a bug or by design? If bug, it would be a nice fix for all those who track exercise with treadmills.

Thanks,

It's the same thing for me on my Watch 4. What is going on here?

I have a similar problem, in that there is no way to adjust the whole number (number left of the decimal).  So the watch assumes there is no way I could walk more than a mile on the treadmill.

Same here except if you walk long enough the 0 gives an option for 1. It is very poorly calibrated with an incorrect manual input capability.

That's interesting.  How long did you walk for?  I set my treadmill for 2 miles an hour and walked for an hour, and the treadmill read out said 2 miles.  Still didn't have the option to change the 0 (number left of the decimal) at all.

Mine did not do that. I've gotten it to show 1 or 2 depending on time on treadmill. Still doesn't let me pick that number though. So treadmill said 3 miles and I only have an option for 0 or 1 mile input. 😤
