Hello
I have owned a active 2 for a while now and it been one thing after another. It was fine outa thw box then the first update! Then the battery was trash! Then another update and the battery wasn't so bad but then about about a month ago while I am remotely connected I do not get all my messages . Now I can not stay remotely connected. It kicks back to stand alone and when it does that my watch gets hot loses battery life rapidly starts **bleep**g out then cools down starts back up and does it again . I kinda want to just throw it away at this point but I paid 500 for this guy . Ughhhh

Hey there!

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and I can completely understand the frustrations this is causing you. Have you attempted to fully back up your watch and perform a factory reset since the update to see if that helps any?
