The samsung health app watch has not worked in over a week now. I cannot log in. It just spins. I have learned cash, uninstalled and reinstalled cleared storage, chatted in, called, emailed, left 1 star reviews, tried texting and yet nothing is done. I am told Tobe patient it's a known issue. I paid over 355 for this watch and I can't return it because it's outside of 30 days. One of the times I chatted in he person wanted me to send my watch in for repair... It's the app not the watch. I just can't use all the features for the watch without the app. I feel like samsung ripped me off And does not care about it's customers. You would think that samsung makes enough money to have developers fix things in a timely manner.
