Hi, does anyone know why the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic doesn't show the Samsung Messages app? I don't like Google's one. If anyone knows how to get it on the watch, I would appreciate it. I tried to look it up on the Google Play Store, but it's not there either.

If it is not on the watch, you can no longer add it, as the Galaxy store does not exist on the watch and it can only be downloaded from the Galaxy store.  It doesn't matter which app is on the watch. Both apps on the phone collect your messages.  If you set your watch notifications to allow Samsung Messages to send notifications to your watch, you will be able to respond to them, through Google Messages.  If you initiate a message through Google messages, it will still appear in your Samsung messages phone app.  Even though you have to choose one as a default to use on the phone or watch, they are synced.  Samsung messages actually should show up on you watch, as, even if you got the OneUI 6.0 update for the watch, it didn't remove it.  They seem to have halted the phase out of Samsung Messages, but they still want you to use Google Messages. I have a Watch 7 and Samsung Messages did not get removed with the UI update.  I switched from a Watch 4 and installed my Watch4 backup to the Watch 7, so that may be why it remains.  If you had a previous watch, you could try restoring that backup to the watch you now have.  If you got the watch new and recently, it is probably not installed.  I prefer Google Messages and always have.  I honestly don't know why people prefer Samsung, no matter how many times they try to explain why.  On the watch, it really doesn't matter, because you can't pretty it up with themes or anything like that - it's just a message shell.
