That's because all new watches will run on Wear OS and Tizen has been discontinued and not supported anymore

The software has been discontinued since it's not on any new devices the app store downloads will end in 2025.
You won't be able to purchase anything new after September 2024
September 30, 2024: The Galaxy Store will stop selling paid Tizen content, including watch faces and apps
May 31, 2025: The Galaxy Store will stop allowing new downloads of free Tizen content
September 30, 2025: The Galaxy Store's "My Apps" section will stop allowing re-downloads of paid or free Tizen content

I have a question when i try to run my watchface i created on the galaxy watch studio it says that i need an author certificate in order to run my watchface on my galaxy active 2 i put my name and email and country and city and state except organization because i dont work or have a organization so then i clicked next. It then tells me to sign in with my samsung account but the sign in doesn't show is there a fix to this??
