Galaxy WatchSame boat. My GW4 Classic wont power back on after I restarted it after the update last night. Step up Samsung! I know that other company would take care their customers.

Galaxy WatchAs far as I understand, there is an update out in some markets, but not everywhere, unless it has changed by now.
Unfortunately, an update is useless to anyone who already has a bricked watch (and that includes me), but thanks for letting us know!

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the frustrations surrounding these symptoms with the Galaxy Watch 4. Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of having a playlist on your watch and would be happy to assist you further. Are you using the stock music app or Spotify? If you have a watch like a Galaxy Watch Active2, Galaxy Watch3, Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch5, Gear Fit2 Pro, or pretty much any Samsung smartwatch, you can control and listen to Spotify right from your wrist. All you need is a connected phone with a Spotify account. Give this link a try for more ways to use Spotify on your Galaxy watch 4: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00051414/
