Galaxy WatchSamsung watch on August 29th 2019. I have not been able to turn off or pause the "excercise" after started since I got the watch. It was cold so I just let the watch automatically detect the excercise when needed. But I really want it to work, so I took the time to Google the problem today. I'm guessing my back button has never worked. Is there a fix option? The watch has barley been used.

Galaxy WatchTo confirm @sassiest_cat only the home/power key is functional on your Active? And did you buy it in the US or another region?
In order to repair the button you'd have to send it to Samsung. Ubreak also handles certain Samsung products, but they're closed at this time.
If my reply has aided your issue please consider liking it. If the problem is solved you may pick it as a solution.

Galaxy WatchThe power button on the botton right is functional. The bezel and the touch screen also work. The back button on the top right, is the button that does not work. Yes I purchased the watch in the US. Is the watch still under warranty and/or how do I go about sending it to Samsung for repair?

Galaxy Watch@sassiest_cat I would be happy to look into your options for repairs. Please send a private message with the model code and serial number. http://bit.ly/2XERsky
