Should Watch3 Blood pressure calibration done by same person wearing it or can be done by other pers

I bought the Galaxy Watch3 two days back ... I have some problem in my left hand, I cant hold my hand still for 1 minute (it moves a bit), thats why i couldnt calibrate it myself for blod pressure and thats why I asked my son to calibrate it with the cuff based BP monitor... now it is working fine

 My simple question is... Can anybody else use the BP feature of this watch or it is meant for only who's wearing it? and it shld be calibrated by only one who's wearing it?

It should be calibrated by the person who's wearing the watch, You can always Rest your hand and on a chair

I would love to know how to even use the blood pressure feature. I can't seem to have it or even to installed. I have the health monitor app but my watch only gives me the EKG feature. NO blood pressure monitor. is it me only? is this feature not available for US customers? what's going on?. using watch 3 and s21 Ultra. thanks for your response
